We provide as clear pictures as possible with a product description but we understand sometimes you need to return an item.

You will be required to pay for the shipping cost unless the item is faulty.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, in an unusable and re-saleable condition. Please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, then  package the item safely and post it back to us within 14 days of receipt to the below address:

Make sure you obtain Proof of Postage as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit or damaged on their way back to us.

Or, alternatively, you can return your items to the showroom.

 

Please kindly note bespoke items, fabric, and wallcovering are non-returnable.

We don't accept cushions and throws return due to hygienic reasons.
