Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your items within 3–6 working days of your purchase for small items, and 10–15 working days for furniture.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct. If delivery is delayed beyond our control, we will be in touch to arrange an alternative delivery option.

Our standard delivery charge is £5.99. Alternatively, you can collect your order from our showroom:

Returns & Refunds​

We provide clear product images and descriptions, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.

You will be required to pay the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, in an unused, resaleable condition. Please contact us with your order number and details of the product you would like to return. Then pack the item safely and post it back to us within 14 days of receipt to the address below:

Please make sure you obtain proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit or damaged on their way back to us.

Alternatively, you can return your items to our showroom.

Please note that bespoke items, fabric, and wallcoverings are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns of cushions or throws for hygiene reasons.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
